What happens after submitting the application?

You will receive a confirmation email that your application has been received. If you receive the confirmation email, your application has been received and you do not need to reach out to our team to confirm. At that point, the person listed as your co-signer will receive an email with a link to the co-signer application. Once applications are received from all roommates listed on your application and their co-signers, your roommate group will be moved into the queue for processing and approval, which may take up to 24 hours. Upon approval, your roommate group will receive the lease for signature via email. Once received, the group will have 24 hours to review and sign the lease. The security deposit will be due within 10 days of lease signing. Once the lease is signed and security deposit is received, the unit is secured.
