When will I know the total payment for the units I am interested in?

All pricing and availability will be posted to our website on Tuesday, October 1st. The amount posted is the total monthly installment payment for the entire unit – it is up to you and your roommates to decide how best to divide it up amongst yourselves. The only caveat is that there is an additional $150.00 per month double occupancy fee added to monthly installments for each shared bedroom, if there will be any.
